Personal information is stored securely in Google Workspace, with two-factor authentication to prevent unauthorized access.

Website analytics data is retained for seven days before deletion. Information related to service enquiries is kept for three months, after which it will be deleted if no further action is taken.

For psychological services, records are kept in line with the British Psychological Society's guidelines:

  • For adults: Records are kept for seven years.

  • For children: Records are kept until the individual reaches age 26.
    Data will then be securely deleted.
