    Sleep Difficulties: Support in developing healthy sleep habits and addressing common sleep-related issues in children.

    Low Mood: Therapy for persistent sadness, low energy, or lack of interest, contributing to withdrawal and negative thinking.

    Low Self-Esteem: Building self-confidence and improving self-worth.

    Panic: Managing and reducing panic attacks and their symptoms.

    Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD): Treatment to manage obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviours.

    Stress with School, University, or Unemployment: Coping strategies for academic pressures, job stress, or unemployment challenges.

    Struggling with Relationships: Help navigating interpersonal relationships, including family, friends, and peers.

This practice is not designed to manage emergencies, severe depression or anxiety, self-harm, or individuals with complex needs.
