FAQs
-
Each session costs £120. Payment details and arrangements can be discussed during the initial consultation.
-
Each session will last around 50 minutes to one hour.
-
The number of sessions depends on the individual’s needs. Some may benefit from short-term therapy, while others may require longer-term support. This can be discussed in more detail during the initial assessment.
-
If a session needs to be cancelled, at least 48 hours' notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, regardless of the reason, will incur the full session fee. Missed sessions (where you do not cancel or attend) are payable in full.
-
Currently only online therapy sessions are available. However, if needed in-person appointments can be organised to take place in our Richmond clinic, London.
-
All conversations and communications, whether by phone or email, are treated as confidential and will not be shared with anyone without permission, unless there is a safeguarding or risk concern. As professionals, there is a duty of care to protect the children and adults being worked with. If a risk or safeguarding issue is identified during sessions or communications, it may be necessary to inform the individual's GP, local services, or a family member. Every effort will be made to inform the individual before contacting any other person or agency. When working with adolescents, a clear, signed agreement will be established with both parents and young people regarding what information will be shared and with whom. See our privacy policy page for more details.
